Impact and Connection Fees

• The fees are assessed for all new building projects in the City and are due prior to obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy (CO).
• Please note the year change in the Transportation Impact fee columns and calculate accordingly. 
• The fee is calculated by the date of final inspection, but can be paid ahead of time to avoid increases.

• Persons building on properties that previously had a structure will receive credit in accordance with the adopted Ordinance 2023-05.
