RC Willis Water Treatment Plant Aerial
Located on Moody Road on the west side of Palatka, the R.C. Willis Water Treatment Plant is the City's drinking water supplier. The plant draws its water supply from the Floridan aquifer through eight wells located at or near the plant.Utilizing an Ultra Filtration treatment process, the plant has the capacity to treat 6 million gallons of water per day.
