Facilities Rentals
Several of the City of Palatka’s parks and venues can be rented for events.
Booker Park / Lefty Turner Field Pavilion and Kitchen (Hours of Operation: 9 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.)
Booker Park and Lefty Turner Field Pavilion and Kitchen, 701 N 10th Street. This park features a full kitchen, grills, and a picnic pavilion that can be rented for events. Call (386) 329-0107 for more information.
Full Day: $250**
Requires $50 cleaning fee minimum
$250 deposit
Forrester, Fred Green, and Shaw Buck ball fields (Hours of Operation: 9 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.)
Monday - Friday (Per Day): $75*
Saturday, Sunday: $150*
Requires $25 cleaning fee minimum
Price Martin Community Center (Hours of Operation: 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 p.m.)
The Price Martin Community Center, 220 N 11th St., is a large community space in the heart of Palatka that is suitable for a variety of gatherings, from meetings to weddings. Featuring a full, professional kitchen and plenty of free parking, the Price Martin Community Center is the perfect venue for many events. Call (386) 329-0107 for more information.
The following fees for renting the Price-Martin Center:
Per Hour $70 per hour (3 hour minimum)
Security* (minimum two officers) $45 per hour
Security deposit (refundable) $50 per hour
Seven percent sales tax also applies

Bronson-Mulholland House (Hours of Operation: 9 a.m. – 10 p.m.)
Rentals are limited due to ongoing renovations.
The Bronson-Mulholland House is a cherished historical landmark with a rich and fascinating history. This elegant residence, which is also known as the Judge Isaac H. Bronson House, has played a significant role in Palatka's history. The large house and gardens are available for rental.
The following fees are set for the Bronson-Mulholland House:

More information on the Bronson-Mulholland House
The City of Palatka reserves the right to require the presence of one or more police officers during any event, at a cost of $45 per hour per officer.
