With over 30 years of experience as a large-scale project management leader in the information technology healthcare sector, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. After living in the metropolitan Atlanta area for over 40 years, Commissioner Davis returned to Palatka with a renewed passion for her hometown.
