The City of Palatka requests proposals from experienced and qualified attorneys and/or law firms to provide a full range of municipal legal services serving as the City’s legal counsel on a contractual basis. A complete copy of the Request for Proposals with required forms can be found on the City’s website at www.palatka-fl.gov/bids.aspx. All interested parties must register on the City’s website to receive any future changes, additions, addendums or notices concerning this RFP. Respondents are required to submit one (1) original, four (4) copies and one (1) digital pdf on a flash drive in a sealed envelope marked "RESPONSE TO PALATKA RFP 2023-07" Proposals must be received by the deadline May 15, 2023 at 3:00 PM EST at Palatka City Hall, Attn: Sunni Krantz, City Clerk, City of Palatka, 201 N. 2nd St., Palatka, Florida 32177. Hand-carried and express mail proposals may be delivered to the above address ONLY between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 PM, EST Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by the City until the due date and time. Respondents are responsible for informing any commercial delivery service, if used, of all delivery requirements and for ensuring that the required address information appears on the outer wrapper or envelope used by such service.
